If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services in Mauritius.
Agreement to Terms
By using FURGO's services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
- You will provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your pets
- You understand the risks involved in pet care services
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FURGO. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Service Areas
FURGO operates throughout Mauritius, with primary service areas including Port Louis, Curepipe, Quatre Bornes, Rose Hill, Beau Bassin, and surrounding regions.
Service Limitations
- Services are subject to availability and scheduling
- Some services may require advance booking
- Weather conditions may affect certain services
- We reserve the right to refuse service for aggressive or dangerous animals
User Responsibilities
Pet Information
You must provide:
- Accurate and up-to-date information about your pet's health, behavior, and needs
- Current vaccination records and medical history
- Emergency contact information
- Special instructions or requirements for your pet's care
- Immediate notification of any changes in your pet's condition
Health Requirements
- Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by law
- Pets must be free from contagious diseases
- You must disclose any behavioral issues or aggression
- Pets requiring medication must have clear instructions provided
Payment Obligations
You agree to pay all fees associated with services rendered, including any additional charges for extended care, emergency services, or property damage caused by your pet.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website, app, or phone
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
- Emergency services may be booked with immediate availability
- Recurring services require advance scheduling
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling fee
- Less than 12 hours: No refund, full charges apply
- Emergency cancellations: Evaluated case-by-case
No-Show Policy
Failure to be available for scheduled pick-up or drop-off without prior notice will result in full charges and may affect future booking priority.

- Cash payments (for certain services)
- MCB Juice and other local payment methods
Payment Schedule
- One-time services: Payment due upon booking or completion
- Recurring services: Monthly billing or pay-per-service
- Emergency services: Payment due immediately upon completion
- Premium memberships: Annual or monthly subscription
Late Payment
Overdue accounts may be subject to late fees and suspension of services. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.
Liability & Insurance
Our Insurance Coverage
- Professional liability insurance for all services
- Vehicle insurance for transportation services
- General liability coverage for facilities and operations
- Property damage coverage (subject to policy limits)
Limitation of Liability
FURGO's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in question.
Pet Owner Liability
Pet owners are responsible for any damage, injury, or illness caused by their pets to other animals, people, or property during service provision.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Data Usage
- Personal and pet information is used solely for service provision
- We do not sell or share data with third parties without consent
- Photos and videos may be used for documentation and quality assurance
- Marketing communications require explicit opt-in consent
